Terms of service
Shipping
All orders are shipped from our warehouse in southern Sweden. Orders placed for items in stock are dispatched no later than the following business day. For out-of-stock products, shipping occurs as soon as new stock arrives. Once an order has left our warehouse, it is not possible to change the delivery address.
Delivery times vary between 1–7 business days depending on the destination.
Once your order is placed, you will receive an order confirmation via email. When the order has been dispatched, a tracking number will be provided so you can monitor your delivery.
We offer free shipping on all orders over 1000 SEK. For orders under 1000 SEK, a shipping fee of 49 SEK will be added at checkout.
Duties & Taxes
For orders within the EU, all duties and VAT are included in the total price.
For deliveries outside the EU, any applicable customs duties or import fees are the responsibility of the recipient and are typically paid upon delivery or pickup.
Returns
You have the right to return your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order.
Returned items must be unused and in their original, unopened packaging. The customer is responsible for the return shipping costs.
Refunds are issued once the return has been received and inspected by our warehouse.
Claims
If you receive an incorrect item, the wrong quantity, or a product that is damaged or defective, please contact us as soon as possible and no later than 10 days after delivery at:

To help us resolve your issue quickly, please include a description of the issue along with relevant photos of the item.
Uncollected Packages
For shipments that are not collected and are returned to our warehouse, a handling fee of 150 SEK will be deducted from your refund.
Warranty
We offer a 2-year warranty covering material and manufacturing defects on products purchased directly from KORD. The warranty is valid from the date of purchase and applies only when the product has been used in accordance with our guidelines.
Please note:
The warranty only applies to products purchased directly from KORD. For items bought through third-party retailers, warranty claims should be directed to the point of purchase.
Cosmetic imperfections, damage caused by improper handling, product modifications, normal wear and tear, or other external factors are not covered by the warranty.
